IT Tech Supervisor

The IT Technician Supervisor is responsible for supervising and assigning IT related work to technicians and monitoring work plans and quality of results.
Minimum requirements include:
• Associate degree in computer field and experience providing technical support and training, Comp TIA A+ required and Microsoft Office User Specialist certification preferred.
• One year of related experience.
• Valid PA driver’s license and the ability to travel.
• Full time hours with some scheduling flexibility
required.
• Satisfactory Act 33, 34 clearances and ability to be covered on CRI liability insurance.
• Satisfactory driver’s record, valid PA driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
