IT Technician

The IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support to Windows-based PC users in Novell/Windows environment with hardware and software issues.
Minimum requirements include:
• Associate degree in computer field and experience providing technical support and training, Comp TIA A+ required and Microsoft Office User Specialist certification preferred.
• Valid PA driver’s license and the ability to travel.
• Full time hours with some scheduling flexibility
required.
• Satisfactory Act 33, 34 clearances and ability to be covered on CRI liability insurance.
• Satisfactory driver’s record, valid PA driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
