Staff Recruiter - (A121)
The Staff Recruiter will responsible for the recruitment and orientation of qualified personal care attendants, supporting the Altoona and McConnellsburg service areas including Blair, Cambria, Indiana, and Bedford county areas as assigned.
Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting Personal Care Attendants who provide in-home care to individuals with disabilities
• Responsible for providing new hire orientation to Personal Care Attendants
• Develop and maintain networks of local recruitment sources
• Maintain accurate personnel information and files
Minimum requirements include:
• Requires strong time management, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Associates Degree with related experience, or higher degree (BS/
BA preferred).
• Ideal candidate will have knowledge of related human resource functions.
• Ability to travel within the south-central PA area as needed.
• This is a Part-time position, approximately 25-30 hours per week, based on need. Flexible hours may be required.
• Ability to pass a background check, which includes Act 33 & 34 clearances and driving record.
