Fiscal Associate - (E304)
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records of the Attendant Care Program, through payroll processing in accordance with grant regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Properly process client employers’ payrolls on a biweekly schedule.
2. Maintain accurate files relating to consumer files and their employees.
3. Assist Fiscal Accountant and Controller on an as-needed basis.
4. Complete additional tasks in the fiscal department as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum requirements include:
1. Associates degree in accounting/finance or minimum two years experience in bookkeeping/accounting. Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance preferred.
2. Use of computers including spreadsheets and word processing.
3. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively interact with CRI staff, consumers, and business associates on a professional and confidential level.
4. Ability to produce under deadlines and accuracy standards.
5. Act 33 & 34 clearances.
