each weekend through the month of February. This season, all home games
will be played in the Curtze-Mclaughlin Athletic Center located on the
campus of the Villa Maria Center.
The mission of the Bay City Lightning is twofold. First, by working colaboratively
with such organizations as Erie's Achievement Center, Shriners Hospital
for Children, Veterans Affairs Medical Center and Edinboro University
of Pennsylvania, the team is continually striving to enhance the Erie
community's awareness of the unique talents of persons with disabilities.
Secondly, the team hopes to provide a greater sense of equality and unity
within the community.
