 1. On call time-  PCAs with 40 hour/week jobs should not be taken from their regular clients to be shuffled around.

2. Travel time- Since the state does not reimburse for mileage or wear and tear on their cars, consumers should be matched with PCAs who live nearby.  You may not realize it but Lycoming County is HUGE.  And PA has the largest rural population of any state!

 This company is a good company but is being scammed by people using family members as their hired help.  Word has got around that all you have to is older, disabled and you can hire family member to help you for  them to have extra money. After hearing this I felt I should post here for someone to see. They are taking away from truly needy people. being disabled does not mean you can do thing for yourself. I know of someone who is stated as disabled by S.S for mental reasons but this lady does everything for themselves. They should reserve this service for the one who are unable to walk or bath themselves.

Hello. I see no new comments since last year! I had no clue this sight was here! I agree we should NOT be tossed around.
